Jenny Fisher joined the Technologies Management, Inc. (TMI) consulting team in February 2017. Jenny has 28 years of experience in the telecom industry. Much of Ms. Fisher's career was spent in high energy, demanding roles at CenturyLink. She provided guidance and leadership in key positions as Operations Support Manager and lead a team of individuals providing financial/budgeting support, operational support, and project management for the 23 consumer call centers for more than 3,000 online agents. She has extensive knowledge of telecommunications operations, technician processes and procedures, and network systems.
Ms. Fisher's areas of expertise include: identifying and implementing cost savings; large project program management, end-to-end; process development and efficiencies; budget creation, financial reporting, and business case development.
As a TMI Consultant, Jenny provides our clients with outstanding project management skills, extensive industry experience, and the ability to identify issues and implement solutions for all types of telecommunications providers including CLECs, ILECs, and VoIP.
Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
