FCC Affirms Order Requiring Audio Bridging Providers To Contribute To The USF
The Federal Communications Commission has denied Petitions for Reconsideration of its Order finding that audio bridging service providers are required to contribute to the federal universal service fund (USF). The FCC said that the Petitioners failed to identify any new facts or circumstances or any material error that would support reconsideration of its initial Order.
